Trauma and self-care: online course

We have created this free online course for anyone who wants to find more information on trauma and self-care. It contains information on the impact of trauma and suggests techniques and creative tools that can help you to cope with some of these impacts.

We create training and resources informed by our experience of providing specialist sexual violence support services.

This course is based on our self-help guide. It includes videos featuring some of our team on grounding and relaxation techniques, trauma and the brain, and creative activities.

You can enrol and access the course here.

As one of 36 member centres of Rape Crisis England & Wales (RCEW), we’re celebrating a major step forward in protecting survivors’ privacy. Thanks to RCEW and partner organisations, new legislation will safeguard counselling notes – a key outcome of the powerful Keep Counselling Confidential campaign.
