Business and Non-Profit Organisations

In workplaces managers, colleagues and HR professionals are often the first people to hear when someone has experienced sexual harassment (either at work or in their personal life). It’s important for all staff to have the most up-to-date training and support to be able to handle disclosures.

We work in partnership with employers across the Southwest to support them in dealing with issues of sexual harassment at an early stage and create safe spaces for all employees.

We can confidently answer questions using our support work experience, knowledge of relevant legislation and trauma expertise.

*The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 was passed in October 2023 and will come into effect in October 2024. The new legislation means that in less than six months, employers will be required to take ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent employee sexual harassment in the workplace.

*Workshops can be adapted to suit your time requirements and workplace, but generally, they are delivered in a half-day or full-day format for up to 20 delegates per session. We can offer in-person sessions at our Bristol office or come to your venue — please note that travel time and mileage will be an additional cost for sessions held outside of our training rooms. We can also deliver via Zoom/Teams for up to 20 delegates — all delegates must have access to their own computer.
